LCP Series Single stage back pull out and Foot mounted Centrifugal Horizontal Pumps are suitable for all services and specifically applied for Loading/Unloading, Re-circulation, Processing of highly corrosive liquids like Conc. HCL, HF,FeCl3, H2SO4, CrO3, HNO3, Acid + Solvents, Alkali, Scrubbing of Corrosive Gases.

The special features of the product are : Unique and simple design for maintenance-free operation with Oil & Greese lubricated Bearing, closed and semi-open Impellers, heavy duty Bearing Housing for no vibration and noise, special design & quality of Mechanical Seals and Gland for different applications, Shaft fitted with Bearing and Adopter for easy assembly & dismantling. Specifically P.P. Pump's Volute Casing, Impeller and Casing Cover are solid injection moulded for uniform strength.

Bearing Housing and Base Frame can be F.R.P. Coated or Epoxy coated on request for Chemical environment attack. Most of all the Shafts are used in S.S.316 material with Sleeves in different materials as per the applications and nature of liquid.
