Teflon Bellow Seal Type - LIE/707

Multi spring externally mounted, non pusher designed, suitable for handling extremely high corrosive fluids. The contact parts of the fluid is PTFE and GFT composite bellows which are hydraulically balanced. All components which come in contact with the liquid being sealed are made of chemically inert material. The seal has no dynamic elsatomers and hence, no fretting damage on the shaft. The Rotary face is designed to replace and remove the worn out faces in a very short time. Springs are Teflon coated to withstand corrosion attack from strong acids and hazardeous environment.

These Seals are suitable for Gear Pumps, Water, Submersible & Monoblock Pumps & marine products. Single coil with a conical unidirectional Springs are used which is self cleaning and highly dependable in arduous services. The flexible duckbellow is excellent for self aligned axial and radial shaft movement. Both the seals are easy to install & repair at the site with repalceable Rotary Face.
